I had a great experience with this team. They did an amazing job installing Sungrow 30kW solar battery. The electricians were excellent and took the time to explain every single step of how the backup power system works, including exactly what they were doing with the wiring in the meter box. Even though I’m not an electrician, I asked them to explain things to me, and the team was so nice about it—unlike other local electricians who just tell you to stay away from the work site! 😄

What really impressed me was their attention to detail. Instead of just using the standard parts supplied with the battery, they used high-quality Hager products (including the isolator, MCB, and changeover switch) to perfectly match the existing Hager products in my meter box. They did this without any hesitation.
